Yes. When the product page displays “In Stock,” it is available to order. Inventory can change as orders are placed.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders are prepared to ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time is shown at checkout when available.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

Is WINKIE for dogs or cats?
WINKIE is designed as a sheltered resting space for small pets. Please compare your pet’s resting dimensions with the measurements on the product page before ordering.
Where can I place it?
Choose a level, stable surface in a protected area. Avoid standing water, prolonged ground saturation, and severe weather exposure.
Does it require assembly?
Yes. The product is designed for straightforward at-home assembly. Parts and hardware are packed for setup; follow the included instructions and recheck connections after assembly.
How should I care for it?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry promptly. Do not use harsh solvents or pressure washing. Periodically check hardware and move the house to a dry, protected area during severe weather.
