Shipping policy
Viepatte currently ships to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping availability and charges, if any, are shown during checkout before payment. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii unless checkout specifically offers that destination.
PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders are prepared to ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer; we will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Transit estimates shown at checkout begin after the carrier receives the shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package before tracking updates appear.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to help before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. Additional carrier or reshipment charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
LARGE OR MULTI-BOX ORDERS
Pet furniture may ship in an oversized carton or in more than one package. Packages in the same order can arrive separately. Keep all packaging until you have inspected the product and confirmed that all parts are present.
DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
Inspect the shipment promptly. If the carton or product appears damaged, photograph the exterior packaging, shipping label, interior packaging, and affected area. Keep all packaging and contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
